Often we tend to get stuck in our own comfort zones. We hold back from doing the things we know we really want to do, mainly it boils down to the fear of failure or other forms of embarrassment.
It is important to know both our own fears and benefits of change in order for us to move out of our comfort zones. Think about it, what will you gain if you make the change.
It is easier to identify the benefits, but it can be hard to formulate out your fears. Ask yourself this, what is the worst that can happen to you? Is the worst case scenario really that bad to hold you back from making a move out of your comfort zones?
Create your own list. Remember when you are being uncomfortable, it means you are growing.
