Where does D'Happy Makers ship from?
We ship from sunny Singapore!
How much is shipping?
Orders over SGD100 always ship for FREE- no promotion code needed. For orders under SGD100, there is a flat rate delivery charge. Please refer HERE for charges and delivery times.
How is free shipping calculated if I'm shopping in my local currency?
Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on USD. For orders in other currencies, your order value will need to be a minimum of USD70 (after discounts) based on the current conversion rates to be entitled for free shipping.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Page for estimated delivery time. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO).
Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages which have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encouraged customers to contact our delivery partners directly about any misssing, lost, undelivered or abandoned packages.
You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress.
Please provide an accurate home / office delivery address, email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery. Please do ensure someone is at your home / office to receive your parcel.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us Hello@dhappymakers.com as soon as your order has been placed, and we will make the necessary adjustments.
We are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been shipped and no refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid by the courier company during delivery.
What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered or picked up?
As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the table above) will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.
Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate, to ensure your gorgeous goodies gets to you as quickly as possible!
Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes?
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance. Please note that gifts will still need to go through standard import procedures, as determined by the custom laws in each designation country, and are taxable if the value of the gift is above a stated local threshold.
How much will I be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes?
D'Happy Makers have no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. Kindly contact your local customs office for current import charges before you order, to confirm your local tax and duty fees.
My Order
Where is my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery activity while it makes its way to you.
Some of our products are handmade and individually produced for you therefore for made to order pieces, it will be shipped in 10-14 days from the time the order is placed.We do carry certain designs as instock. For instock items, we will arrange shipping within 3 to 5 days time.
Can I edit my order?
To make amendments to you order, please contact us at Hello@dhappymakers.com Please note that for orders that have been packed and shipped, we are unable to make changes it. Kindly check details and items are correct before finalizing your orders.
Can I cancel my order?
No cancellation is allowed after an order has been placed.
How will my jewels arrive?
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged within a box, for your convenience. We will also include Jewelry pouches for you to store your pieces. As part of our go green plan, your receipt is sent via email and not included within the parcel.
Returns & Exchanges
What is D'Happy Makers returns / exchanges policy?
Kindly note that returns or exchanges are NOT allowed in the circumstances outlined below:
- Change of mind
- Earrings due to hygiene purposes
- Sets containing earrings
- FINAL SALE items
- Chain breakage, damaged and tarnished products. Kindly refer HERE on how to care for your jewel
All items purchased are not refundable.
In the event that you've received the wrong or defective item, kindly contact us at Hello@dhappymakers within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Note on earrings: Due to the nature of the metal that we use for our earring posts, it is normal that it may get slightly bent during transit. Rest assured that your jewels are not damaged - please gently push the post back into its original spot to re-align the earring post.
What should I do if I receive a wrong product?
We are so terribly sorry if you've received a product different from what you've ordered. Please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will be sure to get you the pieces you ordered instead!

Please note that refunds can only be issued via store credit. This will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items (if applicable).

Returned products must be unworn, unsoiled and in their original condition and accompanied by its original packaging.
Products that are damaged through improper handling of the products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
Products that are returned are subject to evaluation and will not qualify for a refund or exchange if they do not meet the required conditions.
If you are required to ship the items back to us, kindly use a trackable shipping service of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.
D'Happy Makers would not be responsible for any lost packages we do not ship. Lost parcels will not be eligible for a store credit / return / exchange.
Please note that refunds can only be issued via store credit. This will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned items.
Will I be notified when you receive the returned items?
We will only be in touch once the returned items have been received and processed. Kindly check your delivery status via the tracking number provided by your chosen courier.
When will I receive my refunds?
Once your order arrives back at D'Happy Makers, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.
Will my shipping fee be refunded?
Refund value is based on the product(s) purchased only. Shipping fee will not be refunded or be available to be used as a store credit.
Are returns free?
Note that the cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking.
Product
What are D'Happy Makers jewels made of?
D'Happy Makers jewels are hand-crafted using a variety of high-quality materials, including glass, beads, cubic zirconia stones and metal. Our metal pieces are usually recycled silver plated with 14K-18K gold or rose gold to a thickness of 2.5 to 3 microns. We also have S925 sterling silver plated with rhodium unless otherwise stated.
Most of our plated jewelries are finished off with a layer of e-coating to ensure they maintain their luster and shine for much longer. Short for electrophoretic coating, e-coating is a process of immersing our plated jewels in a water-based solution containing a semi-transparent mixture of emulsion. This added layer of goodness which we add on to each of our designs, is to ensure every piece shines and lasts longer.
Our jewels are put together by hand, and as a result there can sometimes be slight differences in color, size and finishing of the materials or embellishments – all part of the charm of handmade products!
Stones, feathers, leather and other organic materials are frequently used in our designs. Due to its natural source, slight inconsistencies of color, size and texture is part of its unique characteristics.

Are your jewels nickel free?
All our jewels are Lead-free, Cadmium-free and Nickel-free.
How do I find my ring size?
To find your best fit, please refer to this Ring Size Chart and follow the measuring instructions. You may also print out our guide which comes with a ring sizer HERE.
Adjustable rings can fit from size 5 – 9 unless stated otherwise.

How do I care for my jewelry?
All of our products are wear tested by real people for 30 days and go through quality checks to ensure you receive the best jewels.
However, every jewel still deserves a little loving and care!
Prolong their shine by avoiding contact with chemicals and moisture‚ such as hand sanitizer, household cleaners and pool water. If possible, remove rings before washing your hands or applying hand sanitizer.
How to clean
We recommend using our Jewel Polishing Cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue, to maintain the lustre and shine of your jewels, and to reduce chances of tarnishing. Please note: Our polishing cloth is coated with silver wiping powder - effective in removing the oxide layer on your jewel pieces, however, it will not remove any scratches or marks. Be gentle while polish as the cloth can be abrasive.
How to store
Gold and silver plated jewelry will also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. To preserve the condition of your gorgeous pieces, it is recommended that you store your accessories in a neat and cool place, or in a jewelry box when packing for your travels!

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged upon order submission and usually takes up to 3 business days to clear, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation when an order is successfully placed on our site.
Why was my payment declined?
Oh no! Here are a few things to check if your payment did not go through. Check that your card’s billing details (such as the security code and billing address) match, check that your card is not expired or that your Paypal account is active.
