For Express Shipments, it generally will take 4 to 7 days to deliver the parcel.

These estimates assume that there are no delays at customs and delivery is not to a remote location. For deliveries to remote locations, please note that this may take additional time.

*Please note that all customs, taxes, duties fees may still apply, and are not included in the order total bill. Such applicable fees may be due upon delivery 

 

Shipping Terms & Policies

1. All orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer upon check-out. We shall not be liable for any forms of lost packages due to incorrect/missing details of address. 

2. Please reconfirm that you have included your postal code and unit number (if any) correctly. 

3. For returned package due to an invalid address or if the package is unclaimed at your local postal office, you will bear full responsibility for the shipping charges necessary for a re-shipment. In such cases, a return or refund is strictly prohibited. 

4. By shopping with us, you are responsible for all applicable custom charges and taxes.

5. If your package is lost in transit, please write to us right away at hello@dhappymakers.com and we will try our best to solve the issue. Please note that we will not be responsible for lost or stolen items once declared 'Delivered' by the delivery service.
