What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payment using Credit/Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay & PayPal.
(Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).
Note: All transactions are done securely via our payment gateways. We do not have any access to any Credit or Debit Card information.
Are Your Jewellery Safe for Sensitive Skin?
All pieces are made without nickel, lead and cadmium – the main culprits of skin irritation.
In addition, every piece has an added layer of protective coating that creates a barrier between the metal and your skin – that's both protection and increased durability.
Shop with confidence knowing that our pieces are safe for adults and children alike.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Can I Shower with the Jewellery?
Our Gold-Filled and Silver pieces can withstand harsh soap and shampoo when showering.
For Vermeil pieces, try to avoid soap and perfumes with high pH and high fragrance. They work just fine with fresh water.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Orders over $100 SGD always ship for FREE- no promotion code needed. For orders under $100 SGD, there is a flat rate delivery charge. Shipping rates will be calculated upon check out.
How to Track my Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery activity while it makes its way to you.
What happens if my parcel is lost in transit?
In the event of a suspected loss of a parcel, a waiting period of 15 business days will be observed to ascertain the occurrence of any additional tracking updates. Should more than 15 business days elapse since the last tracking update, you have the option to request a complete refund or opt for the re-shipment of the items.

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days upon receiving of the parcel.
What should I do if I Receive a Wrong or Defective Product?
We are so terribly sorry if you've received a product different from what you've ordered. Please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will be sure to get you the pieces you ordered instead!
How do I Proceed for a Return or Exchange?

Step 2: Include a simple explanation of the situation in a clear manner. Our team will request a clear picture of the item which was received. Unclear images unfortunately will not be able to be used as a return assessment. Please note that our CS Team is always happy to help, but also reserve the right to assess on a case by case basis, in line with our return policy.
