How much is shipping?
Orders over $100 SGD always ship for FREE- no promotion code needed. For orders under $100 SGD, there is a flat rate delivery charge. Please refer HERE for charges and delivery times.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping Page for estimated delivery time. Kindly note that we do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO or DPO).
Please ensure that your order is addressed to a secure location, as we cannot be responsible or liable for lost packages which have arrived at the correct location. In the event that your package is lost, we will do our best to assist you, but we highly encouraged customers to contact our delivery partners directly about any misssing, lost, undelivered or abandoned packages.
You will receive a notification email with details on how to track your parcel’s progress.
Please provide an accurate home / office delivery address, email address and mobile number to ensure a smooth and speedy delivery. Please do ensure someone is at your home / office to receive your parcel.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and can vary depending on the part of the world you are in. Note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and items that are lost in transit.
How can I edit my shipping address?
If you wish for your order to be sent elsewhere, kindly email us Hello@dhappymakers.com as soon as your order has been placed, and we will make the necessary adjustments.
We are unable to make changes to your address once the order has been shipped and no refund will be provided if the address is deemed wrong/invalid by the courier company during delivery.
What happens if my parcel(s) fail to be delivered?
As the recipient, you are responsible for any subsequent costs incurred for parcels returned to our warehouse due to attempted deliveries, insufficient/incorrect delivery information or failure to retrieve parcels from delivery centres. Standard shipping fees (please refer to the shipping & delivery page) will be incurred for all parcels re-sent from our warehouse.
Please ensure that your delivery address and mobile number is accurate, to ensure your gorgeous goodies gets to you as quickly as possible!
Will I be charged handling fees, duties and taxes?
You may be charged for duties, taxes or any surcharges which may be imposed by your country as your order passes through customs, in addition to handling/storage fees imposed by the courier (if applicable). Any charges on a parcel shall be paid and borne by the person/company receiving the parcel. If required by local authorities, the courier company may reach out to you for official documents, such as tax invoices or proof of payment, to facilitate customs clearance. Please note that gifts will still need to go through standard import procedures, as determined by the custom laws in each designation country, and are taxable if the value of the gift is above a stated local threshold.
How much will I be charged for handling fees, duties and taxes?
D'Happy Makers have no control over these charges and are unable to advise you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

How can I Track my Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its delivery activity while it makes its way to you.
Can I edit my order?
To make amendments to you order, please contact us at Hello@dhappymakers.com Please note that for orders that have been packed and shipped, we are unable to make changes it. Kindly check details and items are correct before finalizing your orders.
Can I cancel my order?
Order cancellation is allowed within 24hours of placing an order. After which, we are unable to accept any order cancellation. To cancel an order, please contact out Customer Service Team at Hello@dhappymakers.com
How will my jewels arrive?
Each order is carefully inspected and packaged within a box, for your convenience. We will also include Cleansing cloth and Jewelry pouches for you to store your pieces. As part of our go green plan, your receipt is sent via email and not included within the parcel.
What should I do if I receive a wrong or defective product?
We are so terribly sorry if you've received a product different from what you've ordered. Please contact us at within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and we will be sure to get you the pieces you ordered instead!

Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Return Policy
What is D'Happy Makers Returns Policy?
- Returns are valid for parcel received within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays)
- Items on 'Sale / Clearance' are not valid for returns
- Purchased items can only be returned once
- Returns can be processed in store credit or monetary refund.
- Cost of shipping fees will be deducted for those that opt for monetary refunds
- Return requests must comply with our validity conditions.
- Return requests are not instantly validated and may take up to 10 business days for the entire procedure to be concluded.
- Urgent return requests will not be entertained.
- If your order consists of a Gift with Purchase, they will also need to be returned.
- Any shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We would recommend choosing a shipping option that has a tracking option. Please note that we are not liable for lost packages.
- If a customer decides to return a part of their order for a cash refund, the order will no longer qualify for any promotional discounts. The amount of the cash refund will be deducted, and we might charge a lower discount rate or the retail price for any remaining items.
- Returns will strictly be rejected for jewelry that is returned damaged or not in it's original packaging.
- D'Happy Makers reserves the right to reject any returns if it does not comply with our terms and conditions.

- In brand new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage.
- In its original packaging (excluding the shipping box) that it came with.
- We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.
Should the returned item(s) not meet the above return terms and conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return request and have the item(s) sent back to customers. Shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.

What is D'Happy Makers Exchange Policy?

What are D'Happy Makers jewels made of?
D'Happy Makers jewels are hand-crafted using a variety of high-quality materials, including glass, beads, cubic zirconia stones and metal. Our metal pieces are usually recycled silver plated with 14K-18K gold or rose gold to a thickness of 2.5 to 3 microns. We also have S925 sterling silver plated with rhodium unless otherwise stated.
Most of our plated jewelries are finished off with a layer of e-coating to ensure they maintain their luster and shine for much longer. Short for electrophoretic coating, e-coating is a process of immersing our plated jewels in a water-based solution containing a semi-transparent mixture of emulsion. This added layer of goodness which we add on to each of our designs, is to ensure every piece shines and lasts longer.
Our jewels are put together by hand, and as a result there can sometimes be slight differences in color, size and finishing of the materials or embellishments – all part of the charm of handmade products!
Stones, feathers, leather and other organic materials are frequently used in our designs. Due to its natural source, slight inconsistencies of color, size and texture is part of its unique characteristics.

I have sensitive skin. Can I still wear your jewelry?
All pieces are made without nickel, lead and cadmium – the main culprits of skin irritation.
In addition, every piece has an added layer of protective coating that creates a barrier between the metal and your skin – that's both protection and increased durability.

How do I care for my jewelry?
All of our products are wear tested by real people for 30 days and go through quality checks to ensure you receive the best jewels.
However, every jewel still deserves a little loving and care!
Prolong their shine by avoiding contact with chemicals and moisture‚ such as hand sanitizer, household cleaners and pool water. If possible, remove rings before washing your hands or applying hand sanitizer.
How to clean
We recommend using our Jewel Polishing Cloth to wipe your jewelry pieces after wearing them to remove natural body oils, sweat or residue, to maintain the lustre and shine of your jewels, and to reduce chances of tarnishing. Please note: Our polishing cloth is coated with silver wiping powder - effective in removing the oxide layer on your jewel pieces, however, it will not remove any scratches or marks. Be gentle while polish as the cloth can be abrasive.
How to store
Gold and silver plated jewelry will also eventually tarnish or discolor if left out in the open air. To preserve the condition of your gorgeous pieces, it is recommended that you store your accessories in a neat and cool place, or in a jewelry box when packing for your travels!
