Return Policy

What is D'Happy Makers returns policy?
  1. Returns are valid for parcel received within 7 days (including weekends and public holidays)
  2. Items on 'Sale / Clearance' are not valid for returns
  3. Purchased items can only be returned once
  4. Returns can be processed in store credit or monetary refund.
  5. Cost of shipping fees will be deducted for those that opt for monetary refunds
  6. Return requests must comply with our validity conditions. 
  7. Return requests are not instantly validated and may take up to 10 business days for the entire procedure to be concluded.
  8. Urgent return requests will not be entertained.
  9. If your order consists of a Gift with Purchase, they will also need to be returned.
  10. Any shipping cost will be borne by the customer. We would recommend choosing a shipping option that has a tracking option. Please note that we are not liable for lost packages.
  11. If a customer decides to return a part of their order for a cash refund, the order will no longer qualify for any promotional discounts. The amount of the cash refund will be deducted, and we might charge a lower discount rate or the retail price for any remaining items. 
  12. Returns will strictly be rejected for jewelry that is returned damaged or not in it's original packaging.
  13. D'Happy Makers reserves the right to reject any returns if it does not comply with our terms and conditions. 
Return jewelry must meet these criteria(s)
  1. In brand new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage.
  2. In its original packaging (excluding the shipping box) that it came with.
  3. We do not accept returns for the personalized jewelry or final sale items.

Should the returned item(s) not meet the above return terms and conditions, we reserve the right to deny the return request and have the item(s) sent back to customers. Shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.

Are returns free?

The cost of the return parcel will be borne by you. We recommend shipping the parcel with the most cost-effective shipping method that is available, which includes tracking.

Please ensure the courier service is reliable. Returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit will not be eligible for returns.

Can I return items bought using store credits?

Items purchased using store credits will strictly not be accepted for returns

Will I be notified when you receive the returned items?

Yes. We will only be in touch once the returned items have been received and processed. Kindly check your delivery status via the tracking number provided by your chosen courier.

When will I receive my refunds?

Once your order arrives back at D'Happy Makers it will take up to 5 business days for your refund to be processed and verified. We will be in touch via email.

Step 2: Include a simple explanation of the situation in a clear manner. Our team will request a clear picture of the item which was received. Unclear images unfortunately will not be able to be used as a return assessment.  Please note that our CS Team is always happy to help, but also reserve the right to assess on a case by case basis, in line with our return policy.   

Step 3: Do remember to include your order number.

Returned products must be unworn, unsoiled and in their original condition and accompanied by its original packaging. 

Products that are damaged through improper handling of the products are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Products that are returned are subject to evaluation and will not qualify for a refund if they do not meet the required conditions. 

If you are required to ship the items back to us, kindly use a trackable shipping service of your choice and keep the tracking number for your records.
